Pros
I am fortunate enough to work with a lot of great people. I have become good friends with a few of the people I work with closely. Positive enviroment, people are constantly letting other know they are doing a good job or if there is something they should work on. Feedback is a huge part of doing well at a job.
Kontras
The pay isn't great, but it puts extra cash in my pocket. At times it feels as though I am back in high school. Although I love the majority of the people I work with, some can be the cause of a lot of drama.
