Management. Absolutely horrendous, and the reason I left. Management should realize that they are a key component in fostering an environment where people actually want to come to work & stay with the company for a long time. Also, mutual respect must be more heavily preached to those in management positions as there was a sense of major lack of not only respect, but integrity from upper management.
