It can be a good place to work. The air conditioner is wonderful. The employees are great.

No one cares about you as a person. They group everyone togrther. If you haven't got a college degree or if you are over a certain age then they push you out the door, if you are in management. I thought I could be with this company and retire with it, but it's a shame that the people that have been with the company for years, that helped grow the company need to go . They bring these people in who know nothing about retail and just because they have the college degree. That is I suppose to be the most important thing for the company. What a shame. I use to live, breathe, and eat Target. Now I don't even shop there and I discourage others from shopping there as well.
