Management is inexperienced and hired right from grad school. The young age of management often brings drama, as management will relentlessly pursue rumors. Communication is mostly non-existent. Policies will change often without employees being notified, policies will be violated by management and be excused because of "business needs." Management documents all events and conversations. Very strict micro-management of workers.
