There is a lot of Talent at the company and they put a lot of resources into Talent Acquisition. Large pushes from leadership for software practices to be normalized and homogenous. Target-made deployment platform has grown into a convenient and powerful tool. Lots of opportunities for horizontal movement within the company.
Kontras
Leadership restructures every year and changes goals frequently. Pay is average/below average for industry. Benefits aren't great. Healthcare plans change without input made me lose access to my FSA funds. 401k match and yearend incentive bonuses are at the bare minimum for the industry.
