None. Company is a follower, so it never offers more than competitors, only meets minimum standard set by others.

Abuse rolls downward. The lower you are on the totem pole, the worse you are treated. No talent retention. Business model is set up on pretense of high turnover, so upper management does not care about plight of those beneath them. Everyone trying to look good for their superiors at the expense of subordinates. This is true from corporate heads all the way down to store employees.
