The are good for students. As well as, people who enjoy the business world. They are pro college so they like to hire college graduates for leadership roles. The culture at Target is a friendly one that is enjoyable and makes Target a fun place to work. Also, Target is big on being active in the community and has several opportunities for others to be involved as well.
Kontras
Lower levels don't get a say in their hours and there can be a bunch of politics involved in being promoted. I think Target can be a bit stressful at times when trying to balance your personal life.
