Supervisors refuse to follow company policies. Routinely defy EEOC rules and regulations regarding reasonable accommodations for disabled employees. Human Resources also refuses to comply with this federal law. Pressure employees to sign customers up for red cards putting more focus on red card accomplishments and speed of cashiers than they do quality of work and good customer service.
