There is something to be said about the opportunities to grow at target; however, you have to be willing to relocate. Target employs very conservative people and if you are not willing to be positive and work hard, you will not go far with target.

Low growth potential, low pay, and few benefits. You can get more pay and benefits working at McDonalds with less responsibility. There is a chance that you could find yourself working for a poor boss. You must make good with your team lead, because you are really on your own.
