The pros of working at Target, is that everyone is friendly and works as a team. Also, being at Target allows you to have days off on a week day to do things you can't normally do on a weekend.
Kontras
It is very hard to get a promotion at Target and the pay rate increase is very slow. The guests can be extremely rude and you have to have a thick skin to work there.
