You are encouraged to think outside the box and your ideas are listened to. Bonuses are atainable, and changing areas are encouraged-you are not locked forever in doing the same job your entire career if you want to change. You are not forced to travel any distances that you do not want to to keep your job.

you need a 4 year degree to move up, regardless of past experience, which can be frustrating. The good side is that Target has a tuition reimbursement program that helps you to get that degree.
