Benefits are decent, the pay for team leads is competitive, a pretty diverse place to work

Kontras

Expectations for team leads far exceed the pay, priorities are constantly changing, extreme favoritism makes coaching and development difficult, you have no control over the schedule but have to answer for it, you are expected to stay to finish work but can’t go over 40 hours a week, you have to ask for time off months in advance yet your schedule can constantly change, you are the scapegoat for bad metrics
