Upper management did not care about employee well-being. Corporate will brag about profit but cut the hours of those who need it, resulting in the store suffering. HR is never just HR; if they need help on a check lane or on the sales floor, you are expected to pause your work and help on the floor. This becomes worse when they have cut the sales floor teams’ hours.
