You are thrown to the wolves, degraded, disrespected, and mistreated. 6. Unqualified Management 7. The fast life, glitz, and glam of Miami Socialites, fitting in with the "elite," are top of Tara and Nick's priority list, and it's so unfortunate. It's all a facade, smoke, and mirrors to the core. 8. Racist behavioral traits, if you are a person of color, RUN. Not even worth your breath, let alone time. 9. Mislead and underserved clients causing many to drop. They are rude toward journalists who don't fit "their high society world." 10. A horrible reputation that is 100% reality
