Though it is highly dependent on government contracts they do their best to ensure the benefits are good for their staff in the areas they have more control over. - Space for everyone to be heard - they just need to speak up. Emphasis on creating safe spaces for everyone to feel safe to speak up and ask questions. - Invest in meaningful training for all levels of the organization - Really great vision moving forward - Hear the input from staff and make the changes needed to make the work easier where they can.

- Heavily reliant on government funding for staff wages - this can't be helped in this field, it's just a con that all social service agencies face. Taproot does a great job of doing what they can to increase benefits and perks in other areas.
