      There are literally no Pros - I'm only filling in this space because its mandatory

      Kontras

      Management are very very poor. Lack of training and encouragement. Resources are very limited and team bonding opportunities are basic. Management I worked with sold other companies products rather an our own!! No staff benefits either.
