Pros
In full disclosure, I was a Tank client five times at five different companies over a 13-year period before joining the company. During that time I've seen the company grow from ~10 employees to 70. I've worked for several Fortune 100 companies, as well as private equity and venture backed companies. I have been able to work with a lot of smart people, but usually just 1-2 at a time. At Tank I get to work with an entire company of smart people who are passionate about what they do. I love visiting each office and feeling the energy of the latest projects. Of all the companies I've worked for, the employees at Tank care the most about delivering a quality product. There have been many times over the last 2.5 years where we have had deadlines move up and/or had client needs shift. I have never heard one single complaint from a team member about staying late or working weekends to turn out a quality product. The teams leave no stone unturned and will make sure they meet and exceed expectations. In many ways I owe a great deal of my professional success to always being able to depend on Tank as a client. I am honored to be part of such an amazingly talented group of people.
Kontras
Some of the coolest and most innovative projects we work on cannot be shared with anyone outside the agency due to confidentiality agreements (but I guess that's any successful agency).
