Not much tbh...maybe the fact that you're not micromanaged and flexible in going to appointments during the day.

- pay is not fair. - lacking transparency of the company goal and objectives. - mid level management doesn't communicate plans just throws more work at you. - poor benefits. Not much of a care about employee health and wellness. - don't value their people. Just another person who can easily be replaced.
