      High Salary Zero arguments/fighting - very safe environment by Toronto standards WFH setup very smooth

      Very bad HR practices EXTREMELY cliquey Blender is standard and the learning curve is steep

      Incredible team Good salary and they look after you a lot

      If you are in winnipeg i dont recommend it because you can't move around if your contract expires
