Pros

No pros now, had some good leadership that was either let go or sidelined.

1. CEO doesn't understand the product. 2. Development teams look for excuses for their failures to even maintain and deliver a simple feature. 3. Sales and marketing are just selling lies. 4. A lot of firing happened because of the leadership failures and the CEO blamed the employees for his decisions. 5. Some of the top leadership left recently given the toxicity in the company. 5. NEVER TAKE VARIABLE - You will get a random number that has no meaning or justification, a lot of people thought they got an amazon refund amount and not their variable. The product is really bad and basically unusable. Just ask for a demo and you will realize how bad things are.

Pros

Good salary and benefits. Most of the people are pleasant to work with.

Kontras

There are a lot of AI hiring platforms in the space. Most of the team is in India and causes delays in communication.
