      Pros

      Family-oriented allowing for work/family balance. A pleasant work environment with a lot of nice perks that would be especially appreciated if you are a millennial. Convenient location, cool building, and nice staff, which are their number one asset.

      Kontras

      It depends on what your responsibilities are (and they WILL grow, so be prepared). Senior management pleasant but often not on the same page, especially between the men and women. I feel older staff are being phased out although they would never admit to that (since it's against the law), but have their ways of working around that.

      Pros

      As an employee owned company that serves a diverse set of clients in the non profit space, Talley truly "walks the walk". At first the it may seem that remote work with flexible hours and PTO, solid benefits and a company wide holiday break might seem too good to be true... but I can assure you it's 100% accurate! Talley also makes a big investment in the professional development of its employees by supporting ongoing training and industry participation. The corporate culture is one of empowerment and support that lives up to its values.

      Peak demand times for certain client activities like conferences can mean long days. Healthcare plan while solid is pricey.
