Pros
I have worked at TT almost 3 years and though things haven't always been perfect (as with any company), every time I've brought up a challenge or concern, leadership has not only heard me out but also taken my concerns and changed things for the better. Not just for me but for everyone. As I look back, I see how far we have come as a community and I am so blessed to be able to work in my passion as a recruiter but also so grateful to work for this wonderful company. I feel I owe a lot to this company because not only have they stayed by my side during tough times in my personal life, but they have also given me opportunities that I would not be able to find at any other company. TalenTrust has cared for me like no other. Being a full-time mama and married to a first responder with a crazy work schedule is hard, but when you work for a company that truly cares about their people -- work and personal life become so much easier and a huge benefit for my family!

A few cons/experiences from the past, but all those things have been fixed and resolved. The new leadership and our vision going forward is very bright. I can't complain. NO CONS!!!
