With a small team everyone has to work diligently. The industry is constantly evolving and so the company must evolve as well. Every year is different and there is no time to get complacent. If you’re willing to work hard you can use this in your favor (no red tape, no “that’s not how we do things here”) but the environment might not be a fit for those who move slowly, like routine, or are used to hand-holding.
