Great projects, engaging work - every project has unique challenges and keeps things interesting. I love helping clients achieve their talent goals - we make an impact and that is very rewarding. Working virtually requires self discipline and it's not for everyone. Yes, there's some flexibility as we are consultants but to be on top of things, the work has to be put in when it counts the most. Those that are successful, in my opinion, understand business FIRST and of course, are skilled at communication, client management, in addition to actual day to day talent sourcing and recruitment. I've had the pleasure of meeting the Partners, Managing Directors, Project Managers and even a Client onsite (due to my geographical proximity to their HQ). When I began consulting for TalentRISE, the organization did appear somewhat disorganized but over the past two+ years I have seen the organization make substantial improvements. That all has to do with the new leadership, including the CEO Rick Gray.
