      Pros

      I have worked for many different employers but have never felt compelled to write a Glassdoor review until now. Talent Rover has been a great company to work for. As a remote employee it would easy to my Manager, Director, CEO to forget about me but they don't. They have always made an effort to make me feel as if I sit right next to them. Just like every startup company Talent Rover has had its growing pains; however, leadership at TR is dedicated to making the necessary changes to provide it's employees and clients with a great experience. The culture is great at TR.

      TR is a startup company so if you can't handle change than TR probably isn't the place for you.

      Pros

      Mass amounts of learning and development available. Getting to work on cutting edge technology that pushes the envelope is inspiring. The staff is amazing and it truly feels like I work with my best friends.

      Kontras

      Change happens often, as it does with most products, so you have to be able to roll with it. People who are adverse to a lot of change may not like this.

      Pros

      Talent Rover is in every way a "startup." Growth for the company and individual is on an insanely aggressive track. Our founders and subsequent leadership have done a great job at instilling and sustaining a fantastic culture - my coworkers are my family - which is important when the hours get long and work gets stressful. The opportunity to be intellectually stretched and challenged is unparalleled. Talent Rover is not a company for any type of stagnation and provides an extraordinarily unique step in any career path.
