Don't even bother going through the interview process and definitely don't be pressured into signing away 2 years of your life especially when they don't have any guarantees for you, definitely not worth it. Most of the positive reviews on here are written by people who are *encouraged* by upper management to write one within the first week of training before they experience the truth of Talent Path. Current management and way of thinking has contributed very negatively overall. Training is useless for the most part (besides Evan). Most likely after training you'll be sitting on the bench for at least 3-4 months waiting to go out on interview for an assignment and be blamed for it. You won't have the experience the job is even looking for but you'll be told to lie to interviewers about random skills you don't have they force you to put on your resume. And the assignment you get sent to will most likely just be some random job where you use a computer and are in the IT dept. and are expected to have 3-4 years worth of experience. Also weirdly they keep trying to control our LinkedIn and making us put random stuff on there all the time. Save yourself a lot of trouble and find a job where you are respected and valued, this place isn't it.
