Have no direction in terms of strategy, it changes every week and they prioritise and favourite people from the top down. The Co-Founders are still very much involved even though they've hired experienced people to own certain parts of the business i.e sales and yet they don't let them do their job. The favouritism from the top down is so obvious its uncomfortable and the flexibility isn't as great as they make out (pre-covid anyway). If you're thinking of joining the sales team , DONT. No one ever got paid commission because they changed the strategy so often your deals didn't qualify for it! So you'll close deals and not make any extra money, its not worth the stress.
