Current plan seems to be replace European departments with cookie cutter marketing and sales based in Chicago - the sort of people that bounce from one SaaS B2B vendor to another every 9 months. Sales and development seems to be to add new bells and whistles to the core product in an effort to squeeze more money out of the existing customer base.
