Pros
The leadership that was there at the time in our campaign was great. (Unfortunately- when the company- was bought by two investors while I was there- the newest investors cut the great management out and found other people) We had a lot of fun, made great money- and became better at our craft. I left to find another career, where the owner of that company, had me present Medicare for him (and he loved the presentation so much, he hired me on the spot so, they DO train you well)
Kontras
If you don't make the numbers, you will be let go. Mass exodus after Medicare season (like most places). Hours can be long. The scripts are a bit drawn out but, you have to be to stay compliant. There really is not a lot of room for growth. A body in the seat, dialing, pitching and walking to the board (Hint- never let that thing get in your head-many a rep has let that happen and, they get psyched out- just let your flow vibe and you'll do fine)
