There were no opportunities given for personal growth. Did not get to work on large projects. Promises made at hiring were not kept. Changes in management when other management quit led to significant problems that could not be solved. Technical competence was not rewarded, nor was loyalty. Only a year contract was given although two years was promised at hiring. They did not help in their layoff process.
