The people. TWD is filled with talented, hardworking, and supportive individuals who genuinely care about one another and the work they do. Great culture that really starts with senior leadership and carries throughout the organization. The environment is supportive and collaborative, with a genuine respect for work-life balance. The technical teams are strong, and the overall quality of the services provided across multiple industries/processes is very high.

As a smaller EP firm, TWD is affected by broader global market conditions, which can sometimes limit near-term opportunities. That said, the BD team is consistently working to build a strong pipeline for the future.
