With this programme, you can work from abroad up to 30 days per year. - Fun culture: Honestly, the people at TUI are different. I think the fact that we work in the travel industry and with such a fun product means that the people here are naturally more open, fun and friendly. Many colleagues also get to experience travel as part of their jobs. It can be because of conferences taking place abroad, internal competitions with "travel" prizes, opportunities to visit and test cruise ships... It makes the whole work experience really, really fun.

It's a large organisation, so things can take time and be political - it's not a start-up. Also, when you join, you have to be ready for the challenge that working in the travel industry brings, i.e when there's an issue out there (like a pandemic, an natural disaster, etc....), it will impact the industry and the company, so there are regular challenges.
