No duty of care for staff - Overseas Destination Representative bei TUI Group: Mitarbeiterbewertung

You are treated as just a number by this company. There is a lot of blatant favouritism where there is one rule for one and another rule for somebody else. When you are unwell/need medical treatment they don't not look after you properly or want to provide you with anytime off. If you want to feel valued as an employee I would not recommend this company for you. They are very badly organised and often forget to pick you up for work and you are at fault for there mistake.
