Periodic changes of shift depending on group performance. Trainings, after initial, hiring were as you are working on the floor and by your untrained peers. Equipment and applications to do your job often faulty.

- Extremely high pressure work environment
- Extensive micromanagement
- Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor
- Questionable Treatment of new agents
- Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO
- Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues)
- Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
