Information is not clear about processes, deficient training, the campaign I’m working for is always looking for any reason to give you a “NCI” their metrics need to be CHANGED cause it’s not fair that even when you transfer some calls cause it’s a tech issue, they will count that time where the next agent is going to be on call, as I said, they ask for too much and payment is not that good. Some things needs to change and I’d like to see if in the future solo syndicate will apply to this type of jobs.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Kontras

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

Kontras

Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
