While there is bonus potential, it doesn't compare to competitors and leaves you feeling very disappointed and wondering why you worked so hard. The IT Department has been in turmoil for several years. Constant management changes and direction, significant staff departures by either lay-off and outsourcing overseas or voluntary resignation. In many cases, they have not been backfilled. Unfortunately, given so many options for employment, TeleTech is hard-pressed to compare.
