Good friends. Steady schedule. Mostly good supervisors. Good Contract with USAA. Paid the bills. Made me want a job in my career field.

Kontras

You have to have an in to move up in the company and if you need any personal leave after FMLA runs out you are screwed.

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
