1) Pay is fair 2) Life becomes easy in Taiwan if people know you work in TSMC 3) All the office spaces are good enough 4) Each office has its own place for working out and some of them even have some coffee joints like StarBucks or other 5) Good if you can speak the native language 6) No one treats you bad usually even if you do not perform so well

1) Difficult to balance work and life 2) Difficult to get good projects, depends on the team that you are working on. 3) Very important to have the first impression right otherwise it becomes difficult to change the impression to original one. 4) Very difficult to grow personally and professionally if you do not speak the native language. 5) Diversity and Inclusion is only on pen and paper
