Pros
(1) This is a very large company and has many different kinds of jobs. You could learn things in many different departments. (2) Very stable company. You won't be lay off until you do something terribly wrong.
Kontras
(1) The working hours could be very long sometimes for an engineer. Average working hours is 8:30 till 20:00~21:00. When obnormal things happen in the Fab, you might need to work till 23:00 for 2 or more weeks. (2) After mid 2008, the stock bonus is cut to 60% of the past. But working hours won't change.
