Financial decision-making can feel reactive rather than strategic, and resource planning does not always align with project realities. This places pressure on teams who are expected to deliver without the structure, systems, or support needed to succeed. In several areas, the wrong leaders appear to be in place for the stage of growth the company is in. Scaling an organization requires operational discipline, clear governance, and strong communication — all of which currently need improvement.
