Pros
There aren't many pros to list. They do contribute to your 401k which is nice, and there are more holidays on the calendar than other NVO's will have, since they follow the banker schedule the parent company (Scoular) follows. However, that's more of a gamble since managers wait unitl the evening before to confirm if the office is closed, half staff or full staff on most holidays.
Kontras
This might be the most toxic office I've ever worked in. Middle management syndrome galore, plus with a seldom exception managers are so far out of touch with the day to day functions of their individual groups it's impossible for them to make quality decisions. There's many reasons why the turnover rate here is so high, with over 10 people leaving in the last couple years and many more trying their hardest to leave. In an office of less than 50, that's a telling sign - except to managers here who think there's nothing wrong and will go as far as telling new hires our turnover rate is extremely low.
