Rather than helping employees problem solve, gets angry. Extremely high employee turnover. Job descriptions online are a lie; there are promises to learn marketing and public relations, but this is strictly a sales job. You will spend hours standing at a Sams Club or Costco being a sample person. A LOT of travel without gas or food reimbursement. Minimum hourly wage with no benefits or helath insurance. There are promises for salaried income and benefits once you get promoted into management, but its very hard to get promoted. Many training sessions and office meetings are "optional" so you will not get paid for those.
