Brutal Leadership - Sales Representative bei TRUCE Software: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Leadership was terrible. Constantly yelling at and taking out frustrations on staff. We had officers come in from overseas and rip everyone appart in meetings threatening to fire people. Another time the CEO came in and berrated a sales rep for having a putter in the office on his lunch break. Not a great environment and executive leadership is the worst I have ever seen.
