      Access to detailled aircraft technical information. You can learn a lot.

      Really stressful environment. Cahotic management. Degrading and disrespectful treatment are tolerated. Overtime is NON PAID. Unrealistic goals. This company expriment a bleeding of staff.

      Great work culture, everyone knows each other and the management is transparent and accessible.
