Pros
I applaud Senior Management for having a great sense of direction and focus; many work arduously to ensure that we are providing the best service possible, which results in not only new clients, but also client retention, thereby increasing job security for employees. Management is affable and responsive, so communicating concerns or issues to superiors is in no way frowned upon or intimidating. Coworkers are also friendly and helpful, I've been able to establish many long-lasting friendships at work. TRISTAR is expanding which means more job opportunities.

There are always little complaints one can find about almost any company, such as an issue with a certain individual or the coffee not being provided by Starbucks or Caribou (haha), but, collectively, I have no notable complaints that should reflect poorly upon this company. If you do your job as an employee, they will do theirs as an employer.
