They expect you to drive your personal vehicle to job sites (so the owner can buy his third Range Rover I guess), and will complain when you ask for mileage reimbursement.
Leadership is barely ever there. CEO comes in at 3PM or later and then wants everyone to stay until 7, 8 , 9PM
They expect you to “grind” and work “after hours”
Absolutely no structured learning environment
You have to work there 6 years to get 13 days vacation
No retirement benefits, no benefits at all really
