You are encouraged to speak out about what you see as a poor choice or decision rather than just following. You get responsibility fast. You can make real changes and have a real impact very early on. Very good pay.

It's hard work. There are out of hours requirements - although these are distributed as fairly as possible and really aren't that frequent. It can be daunting - because your work really does matter, getting it right is very important. There's no denying that that's a little scary.
