Something to put on your cv and there have been some amazing people working there. However, they've mostly been fired by the paranoid management.

I think most of it has been said already. Be assured, the negative reviews are not exaggerated. It really is that bad. A culture of fear that makes everyone suspicious of their colleagues and afraid to put a toe out of line. The company line about wanting you to be responsible for your own projects is a lie. You will be praised for something on one day that would being down the full wrath of the entire management team on another. The ceo, and the other senior team members, are abusive to staff on a regular basis. Please be warned against working for this company unless you are prepared to become another 'phoenixed' clone who is willing to sell any of your colleagues down the river for the sake of your own advancement.
