Teleperformance Greece is a scam company that treats employees unfairly and discriminates. I worked on two projects before they moved me to a new one, but when they sent me the equipment, the screen was damaged. They blamed me for not testing it earlier, but back then, I had COVID and I was taking care of my pregnant wife. The put me on standby then They told me my last chance to join anlther project in two weeks was October 21st, but on the 19th, my wife was hospitalized due to a high-risk pregnancy. Since we are both foreigners with no family support, I stayed with her. I remember it was weekend then on the 21st, morning I called them, explained everything, and promised to join the office the next day, since I wasn't at home to receive the equipment, but they told me they weren’t sure because they hadn’t prepared my PC. LOL, they think I was kidding or passing good time The next morning, while I was getting ready to go to the office at 7 AM since it's from Chaidari to Piraeus (10km away), to be there on time, the doctor informed us that my wife was giving birth that day. I immediately called Teleperformance once they opened the line to update them, but instead of understanding, they decided to end my contract. After that, they told me to reapply, but when I did, they ignored my applications and emails while continuing to hire new people. They blacklist employees they don’t want while favoring others. Because simply they know that your paper are related to them they do wherever they want, because we immigrated. Some people join just for holidays, many of them was with me on training they enjoy making jokes playing disrespecting others and they keep them, but for others, they show zero respect. Teleperformance is full of hypocrisy. They pretend to have values like professionalism and respect, but in reality, they discriminate and exploit workers. If you’re a foreigner, especially from North Africa, don’t expect fairness—they will replace you without hesitation. #Teleperformance #Exploitation #Discrimination #WorkersRights

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
