Everything. They're offering peanuts for such a demanding job, with no benefits whatsoever, just the low payment and a "bonus" that they pay with 2 months of difference after you're hired; an ill-conceived strategy to keep you in the company for a bit longer just to get that bonus. Also, they treat the job like some kind of FBI confidentiality thing where you have to comply with absurd restrictions, one being that you must be alone at home in the room that you're working at, but they don't pay enough for employees to afford that or to even care.
Upper management is abusive towards lower ranks, and HR is nonexistent; I witnessed firsthand how an employee was fired because they presented a complaint about a manager speaking to them disrespectfully.
The company has a "psychological help specialist" whose solutions for burnout or work stress are literally to tell you: "Just don't stress," "Don't let this affect you," and "If you think you deserve better payment, maybe you have to check yourself up to see why you think you deserve to earn more money."
Seriously, there are far better interpretation companies you can work for; TP at Latam is not one of them. If they call you, run; run fast and far.
